processing and shipping dates ♡

currently, we only ship within the USA. we use USPS first class mail, ground advantage, and priority mail. shipping rates are based off of where we're shipping your items to, how much it weighs, and the dimensions of your package! we also apply a handling fee of 1.99 

we offer free shipping for orders larger than $65! ♡

 

orders are shipped out within 2-5 days from when it is ordered, unless it is a custom made item. please allow 3-7 days to process custom made items since it takes a little time to handmake kandi for your every need and want ♡

 

usps shipping times ♡

first class mail: 1-5 business days

ground advantage: 2-5 business days

priority mail: 1-3 business days

once your order has been shipped out, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure you enter the correct delivery address since we cannot change your shipping label after it's been created. if your item delivers damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
